Our Fee Structure

Since our inception, we have resolved to offer our clients the same, honest, fair and simple fee structure with no hidden costs.

We propose to all our clients that for the first 3 months, we work on-site. This will allow us both to get to know each other and how we work.

After this period, we review the operation with our client, and at that point decide how we should proceed.

For the first 3 month project we would charge an introductory rate and look to work a minimum of 30 hours a month.

We would then offer three options:

• Completely in-house service
• Partial in-house service
• Fully remote service

Data cleaning is an inclusive ongoing service unless it is required prior to a mailshot or letter to be sent before we start calling.

Our Terms of Business are payment by Standing Order each month.

We do not ask for a contract, but suggest that we agree on a letter of intent and an understating that any cessation of our agreement be by one month’s notice from either party.
